Pick on Light Operation

　　Pick on light picking method mostly applied on order picking. The operator could pick in faster pace according to the light signal from digital tag. Every label record the storage location of each item. The tag will display the picking amount. Press the button after the picking is finished. Without thinking, this method leads to a very high efficiency result.

Pick to Light Operation

　　Pick to light is mostly used in batch picking . The logic is the opposite of pick on light. Partially picking orders are sent to digital label area at a batch. Scan or enter item number. The digital tag will display the required amount for each order. The operator than deposit the item in according to the tag.
  • Fits for large amount of orders with less item diversity
  • Allows to pick for multiple orders at the same time
  • Could divide into groups and area to operate
